Annual Reports Unlimited is part of the The Financial Network of sites which also includes Share Cafe & OZeStock.
In many ways the Annual Report is the investor’s bible. Although they are only published in full once a year, they offer the most complete summary of a listed company's affairs.
This site has been has been created because there is no free site in Australia dedicated to Annual Reports. It’s also designed to help investors cut through the clutter associated in getting to the bottom line of a company’s performance.
Companies do submit their Report to the ASX and these can be found on the ASX website. However, these versions have historically been black and white photocopies or scanned versions. The consequence of which is a document that is difficult to read.
Where ever possible Annual Reports Unlimited gives investors direct access to the original high resolution version of the report.
Annual Reports Unlimited also has an email alert system to advise you when an annual report or a company announcement has been published for any of the companies you may be interested in.
Obviously if you are a shareholder you will get the report. But many investors like to follow or keep track of companies that they are not currently shareholders in, looking for investment opportunities or for just keeping in touch with a sector.
